Agreement
These terms govern your use of futureofb2b.app and any services provided by RevGen. By engaging us or using the site, you agree to them.
Our services
We design, build, and maintain productized automation systems on n8n and Claude AI. Specific scope, deliverables, and metrics are defined in the proposal and contract for each engagement.
Payment terms
Setup fees are billed one-third on signature and two-thirds after the system has been live for 30 days. Monthly retainers begin on Day 31 and carry a 3-month minimum, after which they may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Pilot pricing, where offered, is limited and locks the monthly rate for the duration of the engagement.
Ownership
You own the workflows we build for you. They run in your accounts, and your API keys and credentials remain under your control. We retain rights to our general methods, templates, and know-how.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services, including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided “as is.” Performance figures and case studies describe past results and are not guarantees of future outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevGen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable contract. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
